Quick tips for flat stomach

  1. Eat more fiber. Eg; blackberries, avocados, raspberries, carrots, oats, flaxseed, brown rice, green peas, black beans, whole wheat pasta, sweet potato, apple, etc.
  2. Start doing some cardio.
  3. Don’t eat 3-4 hours before you go to bed. (Keep in mind, this is important)
  4. Don’t intake too much of carbohydrates.
  5. Try eating a lot of proteinous food. (egg, fish, mushroom etc)
  6. Don’t even think about sugar. Very bad for you belly

    Lose pounds in just weeks. 


  7. Drink plenty of water. Water will help you get rid of the toxins in your body.
  8. Alcohol. Try to stay away from it.

  10. Lemon will be your good friend. Grab a couple of lemons next time you go to the store.
  11. Get enough sleep.
  12. Don’t give up. If other’s can do it, you can too. 🙂
